TOOLEY ​HARBOR

Welcome to Tooley Harbor, an affordable ​waterfront community in Elizabeth City, NC, ​known as "The Harbor of Hospitality". Elizabeth ​City is located on the Intracoastal Waterway; it ​serves as a destination for thousands of ​mariners year after year. The city has been ​proudly declared a "Coast Guard City" in May of ​2015. It is the home of one of the largest US ​Coast Guard Stations. Many of the servicemen ​are proud to call Elizabeth City "home," as they do ​not plan to leave the welcoming small town. ​Elizabeth City is also the home of Elizabeth City ​State University (a constituent institution of The ​University of North Carolina),


Mid-Atlantic Christian University, and the College ​of the Albemarle. Tooley Harbor is a planned ​waterfront community located on a navigable ​canal and part of the Pasquotank River. The ​community contains 400 planned residences and ​is to be composed in three phases. The planned ​amenities include a private boat ramps, marina, ​canal & river access, and boardwalks.

The first phase has 96 home sites consisting of ​both single family homes & carriage homes. The ​carriage homes are thoughtfully designed to ​appear as large single family homes and will ​coincide with the architectural details of the ​surrounding dwellings. The second phase has 100 ​home sites and will consist of single family homes. ​There will be 18 premium canal front home sites ​released in this phase. The third phase will consist ​of luxury townhouses & condos producing a total ​of 150 units with both canal front & riverfront ​available.
